In the very hot and high humidity climate of the warm Persian Gulf coastal area, the most common type of architectural house design was around the courtyard. Courtyard type was more preferred by the inhabitants of the region than the attached type. The clustered distribution pattern of Iranian architecture, particularly in central Iran, which is almost summing up of the country's area and majority places, has been analyzed in the recent studies and researches. This multilateral assessment is aimed at visualizing the intricacy of open and semi-open spaces in the context of Bandar Lengeh's cultural domain involving eight houses of native heritance, which have not been modified and are untouched. Through the application of fieldwork and interviews with native inhabitants. This more detailed analysis was conducted researching the libraries and credible sources in addition to surveying courtyards and verandas as the inter-and semi-open spaces of the houses. With that being said, this process of physical structuring and categorization happened later. Analysis enables to create conclusion that courtyards and semi-open spaces have become part of spatial organization and intra-zonal functions in the native houses in this region. The results show there is a definite link between the extension of a house and that of the yard. The forms of a courtyard within the area of Bandar Lengeh are either square or rectangular, 22% being square and the remaining houses being rectangular with respect to this shape in courtyard. Many of the courtyard forms adopt an east-west orientation - to capitalize on the ocean wind currents - with a few ones being arranged north-south. The most central places of the houses are always courtyards, and usually, houses posed to courtyards are each-sided, or three-sided, however, the most reference belongs to four-sided houses. Having analyzed in regard to verandas, the most popular one was found in the houses with the number of four verandas and the least frequented one was found in the houses with the number of two verandas. Verandas are installed on northern northerly, eastern east and western side with highest frequency, and the lowest frequency is placed on southern facing side side just slightly less than other faces.
