Format
- The conference is to take place on site, without any online contribution nor live broadcast;
- Full papers will receive further attention and will be fully reviewed (with perhaps, some space for recommendations). A designated discutant for D-Day will also be allocated to each paper. The session chairmen will get back to you, as the ESPI IREC will help out with full papers contributions before and even after the conference (cf. publication alternatives); a document with instructions for authors and editorial standards is also available online to that end;
- Breakout sessions: every presentation will last the same: 20 mins of oral presentation + 10 mins of Q&R (full papers= with a fellow designated discutant);
- Gala dinner: will be displayed shortly. It will not be free of charge and seats will be limited;
- As the ESPI IREC is free of charge, it can not cover for accommodation nor financially provide for any kind of VISA sponsorship (yet, attendance letters can be sent upon request by e-mail) ;
- Upcoming PowerPoint presentations: feel free to use a template of your choosing and convenience (e.g. from your laboratory unit/institution). Yet, the ESPI IREC Program Committee is granting you access to a basic PowerPoint template with its logo, should you it ever be useful to panelists.
