Call for abstracts and full papers

ESPI2R, ESPI’s real estate research division, adopts a multidisciplinary approach to address a wide array of real estate issues. In November 2024, ESPI2R will host its biannual International Conference on Real Estate in Paris, serving as a premier platform for discussions and insights on the evolving real estate landscape at various levels - from global to local.

This call for abstracts and full papers invites submissions on the elected topics. Please make sure your paper proposals begin with the "SXX" session codes, accordingly (also open to Real Estate abstracts in general -which might be then affiliated to tailored sessions).

This call is an invitation to contribute to the ongoing research and explorations that reevaluate real estate business
models and current practices in housing and other property assets. It seeks to foster discussions on adapting
strategies of real estate stakeholders to the impending economic, financial, environmental, social, and demographic
challenges. The goal is to pave the way for more sustainable and healthier urban environments.
