These new businesses leverage digital technologies (such as big data, artificial intelligence and machine learning, algorithms and predictive analytics, blockchain, etc.) to automate transactions, improve connectivity, speed the collection and processing of information, improve portfolio management and market efficiency, and mitigate risks and transaction costs. In real estate, Fintech also provides new ways to improve transaction transparency, operational efficiency and access to financing.
